Default Loose seats

Bought this basstender 11.3 back in october and noticed when i put the seat poles in there holes the seats have alot of wobble, the stems appear to be about 2 3/4 long and were probly3/4 inch in diameter, is there any options to fix other than new?

You should be able to find them cheap at wally world. I saw a few different styles there for $6 to 30 depending on the style.

if the seat stems arent worn, make or get some new bushings made to replace the ones in the boat to fit the seats better.
