Default Battery Charger

Hey fellas, I am in the market for a new 12 volt battery charger. I fish electric only lakes and my current charger is very old (given to me by my father) and it is on the fritz! Would anyone have a recommendation for a new charger for 12 volt deep cycle batteries?
thanks!!!

batterieS? As is plural? If you are talking multiple batteries, I think an on board charger is the way to go. Just plug in when you're done fishing and unplug when ready to fish again. Assuming that an on board is what you want, most of the brand name units are fine, personally I have a couple Dual Pro chargers. Fishing a lot of electric only myself I want a charger that can bring the batteries back overnight. I mentioned I have two chargers on my boat, one in a 3-bank, 30 amp (10/10/10) for the 3 trolling motor batteries and a 10 amp single battery charger for the cranking battery. I have two because the 3 bank was in the boat when I bought it, but the T/M was a 24v so the charger handled all the batteries with that set up. I changed over to a 36v T/M and it was just cheaper to buy a single charger for the crank battery than a new 4 bank charger, they are EXPENSIVE.
I like the highter amp charger to get the batteries back overnight. If you don't fish every day you could save a few bucks with a lower amp charger.
