Default Question for you bottom fisherman???

I love to jig, t-rig and c-rig......

I just started using tungsten - boyyyyyy it is pricey!!!

But it feels so good!!!! Does anyone know of a online site with some good deals on this pricey stuff!

On Pickwick this past weekend and the tungsten c-rig was awesome... broke off though and this gets expensive!!!!!

Caught a nice smallie though 4.2 pounds!!

just checked the prices on it, and its insane.

my buddy and i split a 100 pack of bullet lead weights not too long ago, and we spent 12 bucks.

12 bucks gets you like 8 of the same weights we bought but tungsten

Deli, I've found, and I know some of the guys on here will agree, that although they're expensive, Tru Tungsten is the best weight on the market. I'd prefer to pay more and get good quality weigts.

they are worth it though...tungsten is twice as sensitive, and it has a much smaller profile.

Hey deli, welcome to the board! You going to the get-together at Kentucky lake?

Did you put in at McFarland in Florence?

Default No - fished a Team Trail and put in at

JP Coleman'.....

Fish the NE Ms division with my dad.

We had 13.45 pounds Sat. and it took 17.02 to win her!

Lost a nice fish mid day that we could have used - We had around 11 pounds with our first three by 9 am and thought we were destined to take her....

Pops pulled out the shaky head and put 2 small keepers in the boat by 9:30 to make 5 but we culled only one and it was not much better.... needed one like the first 3!!!

Oh well! Next time... Boy rained a lot that morning though!!!!

Those YUM weights are not like other tungsten weights. I'd advide looking at them in person before buying a bunch online. They're like absorbent to soak up YUM attractant.

A couple things you need to know about tungsten. Only buy the weights that are insert free weights. The ones that have an insert have a plastic straw going down through the weight and you lose sensitivity. I think tru tungsten is the only one that is insert free. I buy my tru tungsten from either Bass Pro Shops or online at tacklewarehouse.com . The price is more for the tru tungsten weights compared to lead, but what a difference.
