Lake Record

Hey guys i just got back from my lake, and guess what. I caught the lake record, a 24lb lunker of a bass on my lucky snoopy pole with a texas rigged gummy bear tied on to the 4lb line and I use your suggestions and tried soap as an attractant.

Thanks for all your help b/c i I got all this great info from a thread recently posted........

Holy MOly! we didn't tell you gummy lures are illegal in the month of July?

JB, gummy bears are actually legal as they're somewhat plentiful in the mountains of VA, however because its all mountain and no dirt, gummy worms are hard to find and endangered, therefore its illegal to use them.

I sure hope you weren't using one of the rare cinnamon bears...Well the fine could be rather large...now for a small fee we could forget this whole matter.....

I was using a 2.5 inch cuban cinnamon bear, that had to be illegally smuggled into the U.S.
