Really want to get ticked off? Listen to those same bloated blowhards tell the American people how they cut spending by X-%. What really happened was they cut the INCREASE in spending by X-%. For example, last year a program got a 10% increase in funding over the previous year. This year, they only got a 5% increase in funding but politicians stand in front of the tv cameras and thump their chests and tell how they cut the funding by 5%. Another inside the beltway dirty little secret.
