For the new players be aware that the draft date and time may be postponed by Yahoo. It's happened before so don't be surprised if it happens again.

Also thanks for pushing the draft date back a couple days. I wouldn't be surprised if a bunch more high profile fantasy players, Chris Cooley, are dropped this Friday.....totally screwing up picks and draft orders.

Draft pick order is randomized by Yahoo prior to the draft. Should find out whenever you enter the live draft.

We have 8 commitments just missing one person who hasn't signed up.

Just checked and I'm all set to go. Now I've got to get a list together of players that I want. With 8 guys everyone is going to be loaded with talent. Should be some high scoring games!!!

How far should we set our preferences for the draft? I think I have 28 guys in the order that I want them, does it just go down the preset list from there? Not knowing who everyone is by their team names, it's impossible to tell who hasn't registered yet. I wish I knew one more guy that wanted to play.

Jrob, 28 guys will not get you too far...but will be great for the first round or two. If I am autopicking, I just move the guys that I don't want, no matter what, to the bottom of the list. After that, it does a decent job picking off of Yahoo's presets.

I will fill the league...one way or another. Our draft will be ready for Saturday night.

Ok cool, thanks. It looked like they only had 25 guys on their preset, that's why I wasn't sure. I will go ahead and add a bunch more, just in case I let it auto draft.

You can change that to top 100 or 250 and see more. They rank all players on one list then you can get a break down by position.

I have a slight problem....

I might not be home tonight when the draft starts, and I have looked, and looked, and looked for how to set up an auto draft, and I can't find it for the life of me. Can someone direct me step by step where to find the auto draft settings? Either that or set the draft for Sunday, but I'd really hate to have to make you guys do that.

It will autodraft automatically. You just can pre rank your players if you want.

Great draft last night. Some great looking teams. Typically with only eight teams everyone gets some great players. Made the mistake of not taking the time to look at the fine print. Didn't realize that the W/RB position wasn't Q/W/RB/TE and went after an extra QB early in the draft. Oh well. Can't complain too much that I have Brady and Drew (hint hint for those who feel they may need to upgrade or may have an early season ending injury ). Also I was running late and just got online just before my first pick. Left all my draft info and pick prep work in the car . Made a couple choices that I may have done better on if I had the stuff. But I'm not making excuses...it's on!!! Let's see how everyone does this year. Good luck all.

When the draft started, I realized I wasn't as prepared as I should have been. Having never done this before, I really didn't know what to expect. I still think I have a decent team though. I'm looking forward to the season starting on Wednesday. Good luck everyone!!

Wow, I am going to take a thorough butt kicking this week. I still have my QB and one of my RB's to go tomorrow night but there is no way I can catch up. Tough week.

The draft was kind to me. Not that I really wanted Cam, but I'll keep him.

Kinda funny that Adrien Peterson is on my team, and an as afterthought/depth player...

Your team is stacked and they all seemed to have a big week. I feel like I have a pretty good team, (we all do with only 8 teams) I just ran into some tough defenses. That's what I'm going with anyway.
