Default Confession time.

I can't believe I'm about to say this, but...tomorrow is saturday, and well....I've chosen to stay home and do some yard work and a few other needed chores instead of going fishing. I know, I know, weekends only come along once a week. And darnit, fishings been good. But it's going to be cold and windy in the morning, and I really need to get a few things done around here. I just hope you guys understand and don't black list me. I promise next weekend I will be on the water doing the honerable thing.

Just took you off my 'IGNORE LIST' and this is the first thing I read......back to the list for you!
Seriously though, once it's done.....you get to start the next list!

Can't stop with the ribbing or else I'll have to do my list.

Have a good day. You picked the right weather and spring always brings more than fishing unfortunately. If I've come to know you...we may see a snuck away and went fishing post before the weekends done.
Hope so anyways.

Enjoy your workend! Sorry, couldn't resist sliding one last one in.

Yeah...But tomorrow's supposed to be great! (I'm in the same boat today. Plus I'm painting the inside of the boat so it'll be out of action for a few days.)

Its so hard to get to the To Do list but alas the ice has not left yet, so I may as well get to the list. Praying for open water.

Keith,
Today is only the second time I've logged into this Forum in the past 6 months or so. That may be an indication that my interest level in fishing, or at least in talking about fishing, has dropped off dramatically. All I can say is, there's a lot to be said for keeping peace in the family.

I can't remember how close you may be to retirement, but I can assure you: once you can retire, you will have plenty of time to fish, do yard work, and whatever else comes along. Just try not to overdo on any given day, and do whatever you can to stay healthy. So hang in there, and don't forget to stop and look back at where you've been. The memories of fish caught in the past are just as important as the fish you will catch in the future.

Harvey

Amen to all that. I doubt I'll ever be able to retire though, lol. But I hear ya loud and clear.
