Default The Afterglow

Hey guys, just got done refinishing the glass on my old boat. Let me know what you think. I used a two part cleaner/degreaser and the Poli-glow kit...It was quite a process, all n' all it took me about 30 hours..I stretched it out over two weeks and finished 6 coats..I've never seen it look so good..but damn there's a lot of little nooks & crannies..really gets you thinking on how much work it must have been to get these out the door when they were originally manufactured. Anyways here's some pics I'd like to share..enjoy!

I'm not sure on the wax, last year I used a 3M restorer wax, but after seeing this stuff last without any changes for two weeks I will probably just use a typical turtle wax. I posted the site where I ordered the poli-glow kit..$59 bucks sounds like a lot for a few bottles of solutions and sponges, but I'm very pleased with the results..I am going to let it sit for another week before any wax goes on and will probably wait about a month before coming to a final judgement, however it's been over two weeks and I've never seen anything work on the glass like this.

That poliglow stuff is amazing. We used it on our boat we got used (3-4yrs. old) that had never seen a coat of wax before. It did an amazing job cleaning up the chalkeyness (oxidation), Florida sun is bad.

Try a 28ft. boat though talk about alot of work.
