Today I spent the day on the lake with Tom Lowder from China via Texas, and his 2 sons Lewis and Logan, recently married this month congratulations! We fished Percy Priest and given the weather conditions, 25+ mph winds and 3+ft waves, it was extremely tough to get to the areas we had been catching them. Water temps were in the 48-50 range and the water had some color in the Elm Hill section of the lake. We did manage to catch a few fish on heavy Strike King football head jigs with Gene Larew salty craw trailers. Guys thank you for a great day despite the conditions, and I look forward to our next trip this spring!
