Jonesing real bad

It has been 12 days since I have been fishing. I just want to call in and take a day to do some LGMouth fishing.
I can feel the carolina rigged lizard pick-up in my sleep. Last night I set the hook and had to get up and retreave my pillows.
But I will not ... I will wait for the right moment. I fish Saturday and Sunday. So I got that going for me.

I got called back offshore, so other than taking the kids catfishing Saturday, I haven't been since 4/20/09. I know your pain brother. And now I got to look at water for 2 more weeks until I get to even think about it. But I have to make a few trips. The wife is due 8/2/09, so I know I will be on lock down for a few weeks at least then.

I have been just something seems to break or frustrate me.The tubers are out in tripple force so its week days now.I plan for in the morning providing the boat runs right now.

12 days ain't nutin Capt.....I've only been ONCE this year so if ya wanna talk about needin a fix bud I can tell ya all about it.....lol

But the good news is the rains seem to be about over and nutin but sunshine for awhile after that......Lord knows we need some dryin out time.

I did get to reel one in yesterday. Shoulder is sore from casting 10 rods for two days. Seldom do I let my clients cast 4 oz and large chunk of bait.

Broke my very first Shimmano Baitrunner yesterday on a flathead. Dang it was 10 years old and remanufactured. I wonder if Shimmano will fix it for free?

As a perk we got into stripers and a nice flathead yesterday.

So I am good for now until the cuts in my hands heal. Dang I just found a scale stuck to my thumb. Man that smells bad.

Yeesh! I know what you mean all of us anglers have a very, very, bad disease. If we don't fish for a long time, we start seeing thing and doing things in are sleep. I seem to get it worse than most!

Well my wife don't know it yet but she and I are goin fishin tomorrow come hell or high water....hehehe....I dun asked to borrow my buddies old boat and he said "no problem, i'll charge the battery tonite".....so one way or another i'm wettin a hook while the weathers nice...lol.

man i have been going crazy because i havent been in like 9 days.... last week was mothers day, mom's b-day, then dad's b-day..... 3 days in a row.... then rain and no ride...... i usually go 3 or 4 times a week..... might go today if i dont go to state semifinals for our highschool soccer game..... definatley goin tomorrow
