OK all u have 2 do is hold the ALT key while pressing a number then let go of both!! it goes from 1-32 i think!!

thats how I do my "degrees" sign º.º

Don't seem to work on my keyboard for some reason.

or you can just add a &# then the code number, then a semi-colan or ;
example... put &# 176 ; together without the spaces and you get ° another.... put &# 169 ; together without the spaces and you get © etc.. ✔
