Hey guys I'm selling them like fire in the store "10 last week", so I know they are going really well in my area, has anyone tried them out? If so what are some things you like, or might not like. I now have the 7' MH and love it. Loads up great, handles the fish wonderfully, is the lightest rod I have ever used, and the micro guides are awesome. Had never used them before this rod but I am now a beliver and love micro's. I can see a noticable difference in my distance and accuracy with it. Lets here some other stuff. Thanks

If I bought off of the shelf. I would definitely pick up a Duck before I would a W&M. I will provide my reasoning.

I was looking at the Ducketts and W&Ms the other day at BPS because they were sitting next to each other. The Ds were lighter and just felt better. I especially noticed on the rods the epoxy and guide work. A majority of the WM micro guides have epoxy running through the guide. And the guide train looks like it is run on a set of crooked tracks. I know they are a little higher, but the Ds look like they have more time spent on them for quality assurance. Off soap box...

did you get the split grip or full cork? They out kicked their coverage and all crankin rods have been on back order for about a month "a good and bad thing lol". They say next week they should have some in, I can't wait because I have 4 sold the second I get them in the store. If you don't mind elaborating on what you like about the rod that would be great. Thanks

I have the 7' split grip crankin rod and i absolutely love it. You really can feel everything that your digging into in the cover. It has awesome backbone and a very sensitive tip. The Micro guides are like heaven, you lose all line slap and can cast a noticeable difference. If you haven't tried one out you really need too. I would have all duckett rods if it weren't for them being in the $150-$170 range. But if you have the money, then definitely invest in one!

I have one, it's the 7' 3 mh, I'm pretty sure, may be a bit off on the length. Anyway, I have had it 6 months now roughly and love it. I throw finesse jigs, small t-rigs, and small swimbaits on it (skinny dippers). It's amazing, super sensitive and super light. Has a super soft tip, so much so I have thrown a shall crank on one and it worked pretty well. The only thing that concerned me at first was the tip seemed fragile, but it has held up well to some solid fish and a good number so far. I'm gonna try to get a good many of them before I head off to college and hope to get em cheap from a secret source, haha. If that deal ever happens, I'll post it up. Great rods though
