Bosses aren't always the smartest
Been off for a couple weeks, due to Winter and neutering.
They called me in for this morning. I warned them we'd have to play it by ear, due to my ummm....discomfort. Go into work to find out we will all be wearing safety harnesses. I don't freakin think so!!!!

This can all be due to osha requirements and or insurance requirements,workers that replace windows etc above ground floor iin say apt buildings can be fired on the spot for not hooking up to steel girders inside the drop ceilings.And their is no legal action one can pursue.

No never had that operation,kind of sounds like you need more time to heal.
Should be able to have an exemption but one never knows company mentality. Good luck |

Most of US would be WORTHLESS with out our great teams doing the real work. Oh, kick your boss in the privates and than ask HIM to harness in.

12 days....and you're trying to get outa work....gimme a break....rules are rules....I wouldn't wanna tell your loved ones that you bit the dust because you fell....venture to say most on here have had that MAJOR surgery. Lets just milk the system won't we.....
