striped bass tips
any tips on the best way to catch them?what bait,times,anything usefull?

Lipless cranks, spoons and "LIVE BAIT" ie shiners. Here in Indiana they will be really heating up in the next month or so.

umm no... bucktails rigged with a contrasting ribbon tailed worm.ie white buck tail chartuse/tequila sunrise 8" worm -the whole thing- striper are not shy if they are going to hit a bait then they will nail it. caught many on a super jitter bug-the jointed one- or a zara spook during the evening hours.. crank baits can be good at times-mostly spring- as are sassy shad -a lead headed jig with a swim bait body..

small shiners and grass shrimp near a full moon produce the best around here.
