Have to speak to ROBZILLA on that. I think he's the only resident Canuck besides you.

I spent two weeks (2004) fishing on Eagle lake in Onterio and surrounding bodys of water. That has to be one of the best fishing trips I've had. But since moving to Florida a year ago, I can honestly say, Florida is the fishing capital of the world. 8)

You down near Lincoln eh? nice to see another Canuck on the board we are far and few between. You ever get up to the Kawarthas fishing? or do you do big lake fishing? With all those creeks by your place are they fishable? thirty mile creek ,bartlett creek, anything in Jordan harbour down there. Oh ya my old man lives in Wainfleet. see you around. Robby.

I've fished Rice lake near Keene two years now, a week each year and have tremendously enjoyed the smallies in particular. Used a zoom speed worm in watermelon red with the tail cut off....texposed on a 2/0 worm hook...no weight......it's a slow falling lure we used exclusively and did well both years.

Rideau Canal water system is also a good area. There are so many small lakes linked by the canal. Great pike and bass there.

I fish the NE side of the Georgian Bay close to Killarney (Mill Lake and Beaverstone Bay area). Bass fishing doesn't get much better than this. It is good for Big Smallmouth and Largemouth as well.
