				 | Fish #1 submission

This fish was caught on 4.09.06. I caught her on a custom spinnerbait(1/20z). I caught her fairly shallow with deep water near by. Water had 3 ft or so of visability and a temp of 52-53. Bassguy2004 was there when I caught her.... This fish goes 6lbs 12oz. |

Here are the pics of the HAWG! I caught this girl on 4/14/06 on a Fin-S-Fish 7"(Fluke), color Alewife I caught her about 9am or so, zooker could probably tell you a more accurate time LOL. She was caught up by a small patch of weeds, near some wood Her measurements are 26.5"L X 19"G Which the calculator tells me 11.12lbs She was a little thinner than my best of 20.5"G, but the same length Lizards Not sure how to make the pics bigger if anyone knows please tell me, just amazed I actually posted them LOL Note From Admin: The pics above are thumbnails linked to the full-size image.

I caught this beauty on Lake Conroe (Conroe ,Texas)with a Zoom, Red Shad brushhog with a 5/0 large gap worm lock hook. She was in about six feet of water that had 3-4 foot of hydrilla. She weighted in at 8.25 lbs. Good Fishin! Skeeterdone

Ok guys..This picture was taken with a cell phone. The other pics are way to blurry to make anything out. This hawg was 24.25"L X 17"G and was caught on April 30, 2006. By the fish calculation method..this was a 8.76lbs hawg. Congrats Lizards...you are stilll in the money...for now.

WLT -- Yes -- From Nebraska. I'm actually fishing in a little pond in a west Omaha subdivision. I tried to fish it about two years ago with no luck. We only caught really small blue gills and the such. Lately I've seen several people fishig it, so I tried and this is what you can expect to catch every now and then.

zooker -- I'll withdraw this entry, my wife deleted the other pictures from her phone. I'll probably fish this pond several times before the end of the month, and will try to get one this big or bigger. :-)

The color of some of those fish down there in florida is sorta bronze and can sometimes confuse you. Actually for years there were several publications that insisted there were smallmouth in Florida, I think Bassmaster had a blurb about it a few years back. The tea colored water just tends to make the average florida bass a little darker.

i got this 17-18" smallie about 2 weeks ago.just got around to downloading it...got it on a white senko behind a rock in less than 2 feet of water.didn't measure the girth..felt like a healty 3lbs or so..you don't have to enter it.i just figured someone needed to see a pic of a smallie.

it is a large mouth. a spot would have a mouth like a smallie -hinge in front of the eye- with large mouth markings.. zooker
