I wonder who gets first pick at rush hour at the end of the day? seems like there would be a line of people waiting on the elevator

ya but think about how bad that would be if that was a parking garage jeez it would be expensive to build and not worth a penny of the cost.

Depends where it is I guess. If the real estate price is so high then it might be worth it. Downtown Chicago when I visit there it costs me about $62 per day to park, thankfully the company pays for it since I am on business but that gives you an idea and I am sure in NY City it is even more than that.
