that's not the easiest picture in the world to get. we've been using the honor system on that if I'm not mistaken. I released what very likely could have been this quarters winner because I had it out of the water longer than I normally like while getting the hook out. no reason keeping the fish out of the water that long to get a picture of length and girth. if you have 2 people its easier but if fishing by yourself it makes it harder.

I know what you mean Rob, I don't like them to be out of the water either. What I did this last time was I put the fish in the livewell, then got all the measuring gear good and ready so that I would be able to snap a pic in 5 seconds, then put the fish back immediatly. That way I got the pic I needed and didn't overstress the fish.

Chris, I don't think we have required pics of girth yet. I havent posted any, its a very difficult pic to get and frankly, it could be faked...so you are back to the honor system with that anyway.

OK Kevin, here's a good one from the Potomac, Wades Bay, week before last on Lunker Lure Buzz Bait. Nice thing was I had 4 more just alittle bit smaller. She was 22 3/4 inches long 13 1/2 girth, weighed in at 6.03 lbs on certified digtal scale.
