Default St Croix, Corona's, and Dick's

Well had one of those great days today, and didn't even go fishing Went to work, put in a solid day, earned my pay. Then went to deliver a Sports jacket to my younger brother, and on the way stopped by Dick's to pick up some hooks(Gammy's, and Texposer's) and couple of bags of Zoom Trick Worms(Junebug), and a couple bags of Netbait Baby Paca Craw's(Grenpumpkin) Had a $10 discount since I buy so much stuff rotfl . Delivered Jacket, and was feeling pretty good about myself Got a call that we were having Red Drum for dinner, that my dad caught when I took him fishing Sunday Got to the house grabbed a Corona, and walked into the bedroom to see my NEW REPLACEMENT SAINT CROIX rod It's a Legend Elite/EC70HF https://www.stcroixrods.com/rods/def...8&section=spin that is my alltime favorite rod I broke earlier this year night fishing I finally got around to send it off, with my $20 check a week ago(Lifetime replacement on this rod), and got a call friday, from St Croix asking how I liked the rod I of course told them I love it. And they liked to do a little more for their customers who buy the Top of the line rods, so offered me a 20% discount on any Elite rod I wanted. Well I just didn't have the cash at the moment, but thought it was a great customer service deal. Plus they could get another sale Anyways the rep told me the new rod would go out in a couple of days, and obviously it did I've been sold on St Croix for awhile, and now I have my favorite pitching stick back, can't wait till this weekend when I'll work it out A cold beer, and great fishing rod is about as good as it gets. Now a hot babe would've made it a perfect day/night rotlmao

Thanks for rubbing it in Liz. I've been struggling at work to get anything done because I'm constantly wondering if my Airrus rod I ordered last week will be waiting for me on my doorstep when I get home. So far nothing but disappointment. Oh well it's not like I can use it anyway. It's freaking cold up here. It's supposed to be 45 degrees on Sunday. It may just be warm enough to pitch jigs through the thin layers of ice beginning to form on the area ponds. LOL
