I have already come up with an idea, but I would like to hear from you. How would you build a home made rod holder that can hold at least 5 rods. Nothing fancy. Just a plain simple holder. Thanks- Julien |

Jools-do you mean for storing them, or for transporting them? Or both?

Just for storing them. I'm gonna make one for my dad's house, and one for my mom's house so that the rods aren't just laying somewhere. I just want it to be a little more organized.

Get yourself a couple of those velcro strips that have the hook on one side and the loop on the other. Wrap them around your rods to hold them together. Stand them up in a corner and they are out of the way and being bundled together will help protect them. Safer to transport them that way, too.
