				 | Guides

My dad and I are looking to go down to Guntersville in Oct. We were wonderring if anyone has used any guides down there that they would suggest. I really want to go down there and throw a frog on the grass. Any help would be appreciated.

Troy Jens is a very well known guide on the lake. He is probably the most well known. There are tons of others though. It is a lake where a good guide is worth his weight in gold. Can be a tough lake to crack at first, but boy does it have some huge fish. There is so much hyrdrilla and milfoil it can be very overwhelming for newcomers though. Rats were practically invented on G'ville. I pitch a lot there though.
