You should have put a picture of a brown bullhead or "mud"cat instead of the yellow bullhead.

1. Channel cat fish.... a juvinal, juvinal channle catfish have spots.
2. Blue catfish... but you have to count anal fin rays for positive I.D. Channels can be blue in color too sometimes. 3. Flat head catfish... can tell by the large flat head and the very round caudal fin. 4.Black bullhead... can tell by the barbles on the bottom, they are black. Yellow bh would have yellow ones, brown bh would have brown barbels. 5. My guess is a Stone cat... has a very rounded caudal fin with no fork. |
