				 | New Spro lure

Spro is comming out with a new lure this fall. It's called the 4 Inch Threadfin Shad. I went to the Spro website to check it out and it looks great on film when you see it in action. Has anyone heard anything as far as when this lure will hit the market and what it will cost? I am hoping it will be considerably less than similar baits that are on the market that run $50.00 and up. I am assuming that since it is made by Spro, it will be more accessanle to most fishermans pocketbooks. |

found it on another board (so it must be true) that this bait will not be available till after ICAST. which is starting today. maybe sept on the bait. take a look at the sebile and the strike king shad too. they both look good and they cost $15 and $20. i bet that spro will be alot more...but it does look bad a$$ in the water |

In every tackle box sombody has that plug they paid to much for. Now when it comes to swimbaits i stick mostly to soft plastic. But i have to say i really like this one. I am trying to build up a striper arsenal. This may be that 1 over priced bait that i buy. If i do i'll be the first to tell how well i like it. Many already have them high priced lucky craft baits.

http://www.316lurecompany.com/baits/babybass.html moose, $20 IS alot for a bait, i agree, but somewhere out there somebody has bought this bait. kinda makes that 20 look like a good deal. espicially for such a good looking one like the spro. |
