Happy Labor Day

I don't what everyone else is doing but the family and I are going over to my father-in-law's place on Monday. I don't know if I will be able to fish there but I am taking a rod and some plastics just in case. I will be limited in my fishing time this weekend since we have my son's first birthday party on Saturday. I hope you guys have fun on your extended weekend. And be SAFE.

well i am gonna be getting some hony-dos done, then....... saturday night going to my pop's and watch the tide play clemson. hope we don't get embarrassed. hoping to win, but not getting my hopes too high. then sunday and monday lay around with the little woman, may grill some ribs and/or fish, IF there aren't too many on the water like last year. may just go early in da morning sunday and monday. have a great time f&g. HAPPY LABOR DAY GANG!!!!

I'll prob end up doing some fishing on monday with a few buddies and then I have a family picinic on saturday followed by some fireworks .

teaming up with doc to WIN that buddy tourney mentioned above!! starting off the weekend by spending the night in little rock with The Nurse Who Takes Care Of Me. gotta make the honey happy before fishing, right?

Yes, I said 4 day weekend. We get tuesday off for the County fair cause so many people aren't in school anyways.

After a long week of canning or putting up stuff for the freezer from the garden, we 're going over to my daughters for a grilling out session and a few beers. I got a bunch of chickens tonight and going to split them down the middle and bar b que the halves with some family HOT homemade
b b que sauce.

After that I'll probably be drooling over McCains pic for a running mate,

Took my 7 yr old to the River she caught a 7lb Sturgegon on her 202. Yes it was released but she was so happy. This is her biggest fish. She caught 7 on her own Saturday including a 5lb Channel Cat.
