Default Shimano Voltaeus Ultimate Hook-up

Shimano's giving away tons of money including a new bass boat and Tundra. All you gotta do is catch big fish on they're new voltaeus rods. Also, if you catch a state record fish, you get 50 grand! If you catch a world record, 100 grand! Shimano sure knows how to sell rods.

Check out www.Voltaeus.com

Here's a list of the prizes. http://voltaeus.com/prizes.php

Wow, Thats pretty darn cool. Shimano has never been know for their rods. I know from personal experience from running a fishing dept for 8 years how pathetic their rods once were. However, from what I have read, Shimano has made a strong commitment in regards to their rods. Their rods now have life time warrenties on many models. And the quality has improved substantially. If they want to make a big splash into the rod market, this will do it.

I own one shimano rod and would definately planning on buying another. I think they're great. I haven't used any of the lower models, but I've heard they're one of the best for the money on the market.

Very interesting. I saw my first one at a local sports shop and it was the only one, and an ultralight to boot. Hmm....
