where to find a cheap shotgun scope?

i've been looking for awhile for a cheap shotgun scope to put on a 12ga slug gun.mostly i've been looking on local classifieds like craigslist and the major hunting stores like cableas and bass pro.cabelas has one for around 100 but with me being laid off and money being tight i'm not sure if i can afford that.does anyone have any ideas where i should look to possibly find one cheaper?

Check ebay and some of the gun auction sites like gunbroker.com and gunsamerica.com. I know you are on a budget but if this scope is to last you awhile do some research. As is the case with many things, the phrase "you get what you pay for" really applies to optics. The optics are almost as important as the firearm when it comes to hunting guns. A cheap scope won't hold up to the pounding it will take on a 12ga slug gun.
