Well for those of you who like aluminum who is your favorite??? We arent talkin Jons or Deep V boats here... Just Bass Boats... My vote goes to Lowe boats for their Stinger 175... i like the storage and layout better. I like the plastics boxes inside the storage compartments. I do however like the Tracker hull designs... And I love Xpress boats... but for their pricetag why not buy glass??? |

I love my Triton, so I'd be looking at an alum Triton if I was in the market for alum. That is UNLESS I could find a NFE, I mean Tracker Avalanche in decent condition. The Tracker 18' alum would also get some consideration. Need to upgrade the outboard though. I was at BPS yesterday and once again checked them over, I ALWAYS have to look, y'know?

I have a Lowes 180 1998 make the layout is great and i have had little trouble with it repairs are simple and easy to get at. I just upgraded motor to a 08 e tech haven't had motor long enough to comment on it but so far I am very pleased with it

I still think that the Tracker Avalanche was one of the best mid sized bass boats ever made. A good friend that I fish with once in a while has one, and I'm always amazed at how well it rides. There are a bunch of good tin boats out there though. |
