Welcome back Donald. I have been wondering how things were going for you. Hopefully your rehab will move along quickly and you will get some fishing in before fall gets here.

Hey Donald, good to see that you're home, able to keep us posted and back on the road to recovery. There is no rush on that last one, but do the rehab, it's the most important part. I'm a little surprised the Dr said you could kneel in six months. Must be improvement in the surgery and joints they are doing now. I can't kneel, well I'm not supposed to. I can on a padded surface, but it becomes painfull very quickly so I avoid it totally. Otherwise mine are still good after 7 years on one and 4 on the other. Goood luck and keep us updated!

Getting enough flex during pt as possible is utmost, simple lil bike exercise machine will help, lower seat every few days.As for not kneeling for six months thats a new one for me,but several months from now while it will wear you out,a few trips out in the boat will stretch muscles,if you are but a passenger and are seated when fishing. Let me know when feeling like up to it will drag ya to birdsong creek or closer in Barkley and deliver whats left back home yes door to door, but goes both ways ya got to put up with me all dang day. |
