| BassFishin.Com Super Veteran | Hasnt been good fishin for me lately....

well with all this heat, and me not being able to have a boat yet, the fishing just plain sucks lately. i cant get out into deeper water. the only way im gunna be able to catch fish is to get out very early and late evening. but i dont seem to have a ride at those times. so im just gunna have to keep trying my luck battleing the heat, and trying to dead stik baits as far out as i can cast. with the forum tourney comin up im gunna have to find some way to get out there early.

There are still fish up shallow. Just have to sneak up on them, and get your bait on their nose. I bet you are missing some good fish. Lizards

bf02, I know what you're saying. Fishing in summer w/o a boat just plain sucks. I get out early in the morning as the sunrises, and as the sun sets late in the evening, but i have no luck at any other time.
