Now that Trilene Maxx line has been out for a couple years, I was wondering what the feedback about this line would be from people here who have used it? I've never used it myself, but was thinking of giving it a try for baitcasting around weedbeds and brush. I've talked with Trilene and they tell me it was designed to be used on a baitcaster and not for spinning tackle because it does have more memory than the XL or Sensation. I've read comments about this line in the BPS wedsite and they are all over the board. Some hate it and others think it's the best thing since sliced bread. But you have to take those comments with a grain of salt as you really don't know how much experience those people have. At least in here you know your talking to folks who are serious about bass fishing. This line would never replace my Power Pro braid when seriously heavy cover is concerned. But for other applications I'm currious as to how it would perform.
