fishing "A" laydown

first off find a laydown.

now THIS is a laydown only shows about a 1/3 of it in this picture. the fish were piled up in here the currant was hammering this area. texas rig using 3/8-1/2 oz bullet sinkers hooked to 10'5" junebug or black/redflake worms and 4/0 ewg hooks.. exspect to break off a LOT.. between the 2 of us we lost a dozen rigs in this ONE laydown.. as always be nice and let the elder genteel catch the first fish..

man did these fish pull. 2 pound bass hauled like a 7 pounder once they hit the currant..

when all else fails fish rip rap.

or bridges the of davie county

then leave when it gets hot..
