Going Bass Fishing
Hey everyone. It's starting to get real nice out, and if it keeps up, I'll be going fishing about 40 minutes away from here at my grandpa's friend's house. He's going to sell the house really soon. Anyways...
He lives on a private lake and the bass fishing is GREAT there. I went there about 4-5 months ago, and I wish I would've known what I know now. (I'll be fishing from shore) The lake isn't that big. Most lakes around here aren't big. How would you approach fishing this lake right after it melts? Sturcture, baits, colors? What are the bass feeding on? I'm thinking something slow... Jig n Pigs, Wide wobble slow crankbaits... Thanks |
