Default High water river tourney

I have an upcoming tournament on the ouachita river, moro bay access. I did some prefishing and had good luck, the only problem is we have had 11 inches of rain or so in the last week and a half. Made it to the river this weekend to find water up 2-3 ft from previous levels.

Now, we have the option to fish the river, bay, raymond lake area, or even motor up river thru the loc and dam (long way). I managed to pick up a bass or 2 in the mouth of the bay last weekend in the flooded bushes/grass with a buzzbait, but I dont think that will be good enough to get in the money on tourney day. Given the high water conditions what would you guys suggest?
