Where to put better fishfinder: troll or transom?

granite BassFishin.Com Member Join Date: Oct 2008 Posts: 14	Where to put better fishfinder: troll or transom? Just got a boat with an older fishfinder on it. Wondering if I should put my better, higher resolution fishfinder on the bow mount troll or should I put it on transom to use while motoring and looking for spots. Suppose it might depend on whether I'm deep or shallow water fishing? Thanks.
