magnetic bullet weights
there is a write up about this things in the latest bassmaster magazine. they claim that the magnets are strong enough to hold the weight against the eye of the hook while flipping and pitching but it will still slide out of the way when fighting a fish. sounds like a cool idea if it works as advertised, also they are a little pricey.
