New tackle box, your opinion please.

I'm fairly new to seriouse fishing. I'm starting to out grow my little Flambau fishing bag. I'm looking at a Plano 737 and a plano 7771. I like the idea of getting something fairly large that has a great ability to keep me organized. I'm not sure if i want drawers like in the 737 or stow a ways like in the 7771. Seems like the stow aways are more versatile but yet a bit combursome to deal with. Id love to know what some of you veterans feel works best. the tackle box will be kept on a 16' spectrum bass boat. My boat has no real storage so the tackle box will be kept on deck and in easy reach.
