Default Carb Rebuild

As some of you may be aware, I got a boat from my uncle that had been sitting for 2+ years. I got the old gas out and put new in (with seafoam). Still wont run more than a couple seconds. I have to pump the throttle a couple times to get it to fire again and then the same thing. Wife is throwing a fit about paying $90 to take it to marina

Anyway, I was wondering how hard would be to take the low speed jets (Laser suggested this may be the problem) out and clean them? If this doesn't work, how hard would it be to rebuild the carbs myself

I am an Engineer and am very good at taking stuff apart and putting back together (and it works afterward....to prevent the wise cracks )

Thanks in advance for your advise!
