I guess it was bound to happen
I am not the not so proud owner of a two piece 7'3" carrot stick. It broke between the 3rd and 4th eyelet. There is no crush or nicks. Just a sanpped rod.
I had a 2lbs fish on and was simply reeling it in. Hookset was not overly harsh. Looks like I will get to find out the waranty process.
