I fished a small club open tournament with a buddy of mine Sunday. Was a tough day. First thing, we caught 2 good fish on Spro frogs and one on a wacky rigged Dinger. Then the wind picked up and the bite slowed big time. We scratched for 3 more keeper fish all on frogs. We also had 2 giant Snakeheads follow our frogs but wouldn't eat them. I would say they were both over 10 lbs. They would nose the bait but wouldn't bite it. Our best 5 fish went 12.30 lbs. and we finished 3rd out of 19 teams. 14.0 lbs won the tournament. We had a couple blow ups on the frog from nice fish that if we hooked up we could have won the thing but that's frog fishing. Under the conditions we had a pretty good day!
