Default Awesome day for bass fishing (pics)

Started out at opening and headed straight across from the marina wishing for some topwater action, it was non exitstant. We tied on some mm3 i was texas rigging anthony (Socal bass) was using a shaky head mm3 robo 6lb. we caught them straight across from the boat ramp in the corner to the left.

Then we headed to the rock quorry and the points right outside for nada. Skipped over to the farthest damn from the marina and tied on a creature bait and soaked it in hot sauce. watermelon color with 6lb test.First cast bam fish. the fish are are few and far between but once you find one your usually on a school when your fishing the damn cast out in the same spot right away and youll end up with two fish and maybe more.anthony landed a couple as well at the damn on the mm3

After we fished the damn we moved to the main lake. this is where we found all the bigger fish. We caught them on a couple diffrent kinds of lure. Mattlures hard bass for two and the rest on robos. 6lb test, texas rigged or shaky heads. Anthony caught a nice fish on just about every cove.

we ended the day with about 16 or 17 fish each. great day of fishing. also heard of some guy catching a 16lb stripper and alot of other good stripper reports
catch and release.
