Dang it!
Took my father in law out this evening on an electrics only lake. Great time, caught 3, but then it came time to head back to the ramp. Almost dark-this is key. Got out of the truck, turned the lights off-this is also key-went back to the boat and ran it towards the trailer. Trolling motor, no big engine. Remember, it is almost dark and no lights.
Anybody want to guess what happened? Here is a clue: Ever see a trolling motor with a 45 degree angle in the middle of the shaft? ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
