I can vouch for the St Croix Premier rods which sell for $109.00-$119.00. Great rods for the money. I have two of the Premiers and have never had an issue. My next rod will probably also be a Premier.

The new Cabela's flyer in Monday's mail has the St. Croix Premier (witth split grip handle) FOR SALE - save $30.00. Don't see St. Croix "on sale" very often. Sorry, the monkey made me do it.

P.S. - for ALL you smart shoppers, Cabela's also has their Guide Wear rain gear ON SALE. Savings are around $100 on each piece, depending upon size or which piece you select. IMO, this is the best rain suit money can buy and if you've ever thought about QUALITY rain gear, give them a look because this is probably as cheap as you will ever find it.
