Really Rusty? 3000 yrs. ago. What economic bubble? Ever hear of the E.U. and the Euro, it's currency?
It's foolishness originates in Berlin, Frankfurt, and Brussels with the help of Morgan Stanley and Goldman-Sachs, and the foolishness of believing that you can have a single currency w/o a strong central government(hence, why they are not like the U.S.).
