Last weeks fishing report

So, I was on vacation last week and got the rare opportunity to fish twice in one week! That in and of itself was enough, but it was a great couple of days of fishing. The first day was with my dad and we caught about 35 between the two of us, almost all over 2 lbs and several over 4 lbs. He caught his biggest bass ever at 5 lbs 6 oz. My biggest of the day was 5 lbs. It was a great day on the water with my dad.

Later in the week, I got to take my cousin who has really gotten into fishing over the last couple years. We caught 14 between the two of us including his biggest fish ever. I didn't have a scale, but it was likely pushing 5 lbs. On the last cast of the day, I caught another monster, not quite as big as my cousins, but it was close. It was time for me to pick up my two girls, so it was a great way to end the day!
