New concept to bass fishing? Looks a lot like a striper rig,and the multiple fluke rig, difference there it is one in front of another. At 25 ea sold out ,one is on ebay for a buy it now for 100 dollars lol,buy that then turn on your sound device for 800,imitating feeding shad or whatever-guaranteed success. All you need is money from your pocket to theirs. Obviously on schoolers it is an advantage as can catch more than 1 at a time, notice I said can,as often they follow each other in when hooked. My own opinion both sound devices and such lures should be banned from any T. And not legal to use in many states including Tn,sort of limits its usage as many states have a 2 or 3 lure, rod or line limit. Last edited by lilmule; 10-26-11 at 02:31 PM. |

"Hooks for Hand or Pole Fishing" You may fish with no more than three poles or hand lines at any one time. Each line may have no more than two single or multi-barbed hooks, two artificial baits or two harnesses for live bait. I don't know...am I reading this wrong?

No not reading it wrong two. Depends upon locale somewhat two, three or no reg at all. During trout season one in some states, regardless of intended target,if trout season open one rod,one line, one lure(W.Va.)unless that has been changed moved 5 years ago.. A great many states have such laws, and this lure as is violates them,it could be modified for use elsewhere where regs apply. Sold out and most people who have bought them cant legally use them,as is,or as being used with 5 lures each with hooks Last edited by lilmule; 10-26-11 at 05:43 PM. |

I don't have any but I think they're from Strikeking and if I remember correctly it was a KVD deal. Tne pitch was, KVD says when he first started fishing all spinners on hair pin spinners were painted.

Man, the more I think about that, the more it just seems so ridiculous. So, to be legal, we can't use a Smithwick Rogue, or an LC Pointer jerkbait? Heck, I think some of my Daiwa jerks have 3 hooks too. Holy hell, Husky Jerks too. I'm going to have to chat with the DNR agent the next time he checks my license (I'm sure it won't be long).

Was just wondering about all those lines and wires. If the fish can see them and still strike the baits why is everyone worried about fish seeing fishing line? Maybe they get so excited seeing all those baits they forget about the seeing the line thing. Anyway I would use it just for the fun of it. Still not sure if I feel it should be used in compitition.

NFE, you can remove the three trebles that come on those larger jerkbaits and repalce the front and rear with a size larger (*Owner) treble. Your hook-up ratio (in the fish rather than your hand) should not be compromised. I sometimes do that, especially when fishing for pike in Canada. I actually prefer the two larger hooks when dealing with the bigger pike, seems they don't bend those hooks or throw them as easily as the three smaller hooks.
