			hey yall,i have a question,is there a big differance between a fast action tip and an extra fast tip? just wondering.

			Yeah, the extra. Just kidding. I really think it depends on the brand, and action of rod. I played around with the tips at my local bait shop, and thats what it depends on IMO. |

			The difference between the actions are the percentage of the rod tip that flexes.It goes something like this. extra fast-20% of the rod tip flexes Fast- 30 % of the rod tip flexes Medium fast-35% of the rod tip flexes Medium -mid part of the rod to tip flexes Slow- the whole damned thing flexes. 			Maybe for all the 10 lb.ers that you catch lizards!   I have never used an extra fast, but it really seems to vary by rod manufacturer as far a rod action. |

			well,i was thinking of getting a shimanocrucial for worming,and i was looking at a 6'6''mh with the extra fast tip. just was wondering if the differance between that and a fast tip would be big. thanks for the replies!
