				 | Best Handheld GPS unit for fishing

I am looking to buy a handheld GPS to bring with me to help mark my hotspots in open water. I also would like a GPS that I can load contour maps of my favorite lakes as well. Does anyone on here own a handheld? If so any inputs? Thanks

WI, I have a Magellan Explorist 600 with a Mapsend Lakes card. Put a mount on the console and it does a great job.

Hard to beat the H2O or H2OC because you can download the FREE Enhanced Lake Maps from Lowrance. Check their website though to be sure the maps cover the lakes you fish.
