Hi all
Can soft plastic shrimp be used for dropshotting? If so what type of action should be applied? cheers |

i don't see why not pal. and the action should be the same as regular drop shotting. vary it till you see what works for ya pal. live shrimp has been used along the coastal waters for a long long time. and all i ever seen them do is let it just float along, no action at all.
by the way, welcome to the site pal. all the way from down under huh? love it man.

yeah i would think you just want to move it ... dont move the weight.... look at it and see whether it floats or sinks... that might help you picture what and looks like and figure out how to fish it.....

You can use practically any soft plastic bait out there. There is no law that state a worm must be used. Now go and get'em!
