James Caldemeyer is one heckuva guide on fork. Finding that fish and doing what he did is second nature to him. The truck he was standing in belongs to David Campbell, the "Father" of the Sharelunker program and Hatchery/Exhibit Manager at the Athens, TX facility (a place that all bassfisher-persons should visit once in thier life! It is a fantastic facility with great aquariums and a tour of the hatchery). David is the tall thin guy with a mustache and a good friend of mine. I've helped with several events out there including the annual kids perch tournament.

My buddy was fishing with James when they found it floating. He has nothing but good words about James. He said it was slow fishing because the winds have been real high last couple weeks but James did put them on some good fish.

I just got done reading Sowbelly, There is a whole chapter on David Campbell in there. It's pretty cool what he does, keeping a pager on 24/7, driving hundreds of miles to pick up bass.
