Default Got out for a bit

Hit a little pond with my wife and kids for a few hours this morning . Not to much to brag about but we all caught a few small ones and i had a pickerel that went about two pounds . Good morning all the way around .

Excellent pics. Nice weedy water. I finally broke the dry spell this morning too. Caught 6 on a black jitterbug and one on a spinnerbait. Just one decent one on the jitterbug the rest were small.

Congrats on the enjoyable outting with the family. Looks like everyone had a great time, and thats what it's all about. How do ya like the Carrotstick? At least from the pic, thats what I'm guessing the rod is.

Yeah it's a carrotstick , and truthfully i have no complaints with it . It's is nice and light sensitive and tough enough for how I want to fish with it.
